Bridal Gowns & Veils

Standard Production & Shipping:
Bridal gowns and veils typically take 8–9 weeks from the time of order to delivery. This includes production and standard shipping timeframes. -
Rush Orders:
If you need your gown sooner, we offer a rush production and shipping option at checkout. Rush orders typically arrive within 4–5 weeks.
Please note: Rush availability depends on the gown style and seasonal demand.
Accessories & Gift Items

Items such as jewelry, bridal robes, sashes, and other smaller accessories typically ship within 3–4 weeks.
Shipping Notes

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the destination country’s customs processing times.

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re honored to be part of your wedding journey. Each gown is crafted with intention and care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before ordering.
Returns for Standard Size Gowns
We gladly accept returns for standard (numeric) size gowns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Gowns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and inspected.

A restocking fee of 10%–35% applies depending on gown style.

Shipping, rush fees, and customizations are non-refundable.

Exchanges for another size or style are welcome and do not incur a restocking fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Gift cards

Downloadable or digital items

Health and personal care items

Custom-sized gowns

Gowns with any customizations (e.g., custom neckline, train length, sleeve changes)

Used, worn, or altered gowns

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

The gown is returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

It is not in its original condition

You return it outside of the approved return window but we accept it under review
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing once we receive your return.

A 10%–35% restocking fee will be deducted (waived for exchanges).

Shipping, rush, and customization fees are non-refundable.

Additional delays may occur depending on your card issuer or bank.
Order Cancellations
Because all gowns are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If your gown is eligible for return, please follow the return guidelines above.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
How to Return a Gown

Receive Return Authorization
If approved, we’ll send detailed instructions and your return authorization. -
Prepare Your Package
Gown must be clean, unaltered, and shipped in its original packaging with all tags attached. -
Ship Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
